I call these recipes "free form" because I don't measure ingredients. Consequently, nothing turns out exactly the same. They are close enough. When I list them here, I am guessing...a good calibrated guess. I like to eat and I like to cook. I like textures and unusual flavors. I am not a fan of packages or boxes. I like it real and as close to the origin as I can get. I grow my own or use organic if available. I want to know exactly what is in there. Here with are some of my favorite creations. Feel free to experiment.
